Today, I'm excited to launch my first Sales School course! Over the next 4 weeks, you'll learn how to grow your sales through Referral business. Why did I pick this as my first topic? Because Spotio released in April 2020 their sales statistics. It was shocking to see that only 11% of salespeople ask for referrals while 91% of customers say they'd give a referral. And I dug further into the statistics and was dismayed at what I discovered over a 10 year period. Not much has changed. Sale people are still reluctant to ask for referral business. In my coaching practice, I run into this constantly. So in this course, you'll learn how to ask for referrals without putting the customer on the spot. In this Introduction Module, you'll learn about the course work involved, topics you'll learn and what to expect.
